Ann Lindsey is an experienced organizational effectiveness consultant, certified mentor, executive coach and leader of CEO forums. In her capacity as a consultant, she specializes in leadership development, executive team facilitation, executive coaching, and team development.
Working in private and public sector organizations, Ann has consulted with a large range of businesses including The MITRE Corporation, General Motors, Quantum Chemical, Malden Mills Industries, CBS, Taylor Investments, EMC2, NASA Space Center, as well as numerous smaller companies and family owned businesses.
In conjunction with her consulting practice, Ann was a Professor of Management in the Simmons School of Management MBA program and taught in the University of Hartford’s doctoral program in psychology. A gifted, passionate teacher and lecturer, she has helped a great many managers understand and be effective in difficult organizational environments.
A current member of The Boston Club, Ann has strong research interests in women in leadership. She has developed comprehensive leadership and management programs for women at Simmons, General Motors, and Quantum Chemical Corporation. Ann leads for profit CEO and non profit Executive Director Leadership Forums for The Women’s Edge. She has also written about “Creating a Strong Leadership Team” for family businesses in a new book entitled Sustaining Family Enterprise.
